What does LandXchange cost?
LandXchange is a flat-fee marketplace, not a percentage broker. Sellers list for free. Optional paid tiers buy priority placement. We never charge a commission.
Is it free to list vacant land on LandXchange?
Yes — organic listings (sellers who find LandXchange and list themselves) are zero up-front and zero at close.
What are the paid tiers?
Two optional one-time placement tiers: Featured ($29) puts your listing higher in browse results for 30 days. Premium ($79) adds Featured plus front-page rotation, a "Premium" badge, and email-blast inclusion to LandXchange's buyer list. Neither is required.
Does LandXchange take a percentage commission like a real estate agent?
No. We never charge a percentage of the sale price. Sellers list for free, and the optional paid placement tiers are flat one-time amounts.
