How is LandXchange different from Zillow for buying or selling vacant land?

Zillow dominates residential real estate but vacant land is an afterthought on the platform. The Zestimate algorithm is calibrated for homes with square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms; it produces unreliable values for raw acreage.
