No, LandWatch is a directory + lead-gen platform. Sellers (or their listing agents) pay LandWatch a monthly subscription to display the listing, and LandWatch sends buyer leads back to whoever paid. Most LandWatch listings are routed through a real estate agent.

## What is different about LandXchange?

LandXchange is a true marketplace, buyers and sellers transact through the platform end-to-end. We provide pricing (Smart Pricing Engine), offer flow (with countering), guided contracts, and a partner-title-company closing referral. No agent in the middle, no monthly subscription.

## Should I list on both?
